TYPES OF MASS FIREARMS PERMITS
There are three types of firearms permits available in Mass. Massachusetts Requires all gun owners to possess a License
- Firearms Identification Card - Also Known As FID Card
- Class B License to carry
- Class A License To Carry
- There Is Also A Machine Gun (Full Auto Permit) Which will not be discussed here.

Must be 18 Years OldYears Old or 15 With Parent Permission
Allows Chemical Spray (mace-pepper spray)
Non-Large Capacity Rifles & Shotguns and Ammunition.
